Journey to the Other Side
Every single one of us is either digging our way out of the delusion, digging our way deeper into the delusion, or we’re stuck in inertia. The irony of it all is that even those of us who are digging deeper into the delusion are actually on our way out of it. Because once we reach the heart of the delusion, we are on our way out of the delusion. When Dante finds the sleeping devil at the 9th layer of hell, he quietly crawls over the devil to begin his trek through the earth’s core to Mount Purgatory. When we confront our demons in the darkest despair, we are forced to see the delusion for what it is. Only then can we begin our journey to the other side. Whichever direction we’re headed, the only way out is to keep moving.
